Green World - An Environmental Studies Course for Classes 3 to 5 comprises a set of 6 books (two for each class and one per semester). The course, broadly based on the guidelines provided in the National Curriculam Framework for School Education, 2005, attempts to meet the diverse needs of learners at the primary level. It is carefully designed to help learners understand different concepts in a simple and child-friendly way. The key features of the course have been designed primarily to make learning a jouyful experience, while providing opportunities for achieveing the desired learning outcomes.
