    Science Horizons is a well-graded, child-friendly science course. The series focuses on explaining key concepts and developing essential scientific skills as per the learning outcomes recommended by the NCERT.

    The testing and assessment tools in the series have been modelled on Bloom’s Taxonomy, covering the entire range of skills and levels of understanding that a student is expected to demonstrate. Each chapter within a coursebook includes subject enrichment activities, as also a section on values and life skills, in accordance with the latest CBSE recommendations. Books for classes 1 to 8 include the latest changes in the NCERT books, and the series follows the thematic and constructivist approach recommended by the NCF.
